Kettle Moraine State Forest - Northern Unit

The Kettle Moraine Northern Unit is comprised of about 30,000 acres stretching 30 miles across Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, and Washington Counties. The forest is managed for multiple use, including recreation management, sustainable forest products, water quality and soil protection, terrestrial and aquatic wildlife, native biological diversity, and aesthetics. 

IMPORTANT: Vehicles in the State Park are required to purchase a vehicle sticker.  These can be purchased online or at virtually any trail head.  In addition to the vehicle sticker, bikers and xs skiers are required to purchase a trail pass.  These fees are NOT included in event entry fees.

There are also an abundance of national hotels/motels about 20 miles south along route 45 in West Bend, WI as well as multiple campgrounds in the State Forest.
